Why we don’t offer a ‘one size fits all’ marketing plan.

A marketing plan should be tailored to your business, your industry, your business objectives, your budget and your resources. There’s no point us recommending activities for you that are 10 times your marketing budget or ones that you haven’t got the time or the resources to implement. All of our marketing plans are unique and tailored to the client that they’re written for.

What activities we’ll include in your marketing plan.

Without knowing enough about your business and your objectives for this year, we can’t tell you yet exactly what our recommendations would be for you. If you can tell us what your plans are for this year, we’ll help you define your marketing objectives and then produce a marketing plan that details the most cost-effective and quickest route to get there.

Here are some examples of specific marketing objectives;

  • Increase our sales conversion rate from x% to x%
  • Reduce our customer churn by x%

We always include a range of activities that will cost you absolutely nothing to do because marketing isn’t always about spending money; it’s about doing what works. 

Why we’re specific about the ‘who’, the ‘why’ and the ‘what’.

Our marketing plan for your business won’t be a document of a couple of pages including a list of the activities that we’ll recommend, it’ll be page after page of activity with specific ideas for each one, all relevant to one of your marketing objectives. So instead of ‘Online PR. Write an article’, you’ll get something like this.
