'Calling with confidence' is a training workshop we run for individuals/businesses like you/yours to help them with their telemarketing.
It's aimed at helping you to:
- Get started with your telemarketing
- Plan your calls more effectively
- Get around the gatekeeper
- Stay legal when calling
- Use better questioning techniques
- Handle objections
- Call with more confidence!
Date: Thursday 10th November 2011
Location: Watford, Herts (venue details provided upon booking)
Time: 7pm to 8.30pm (networking & food from 6pm)
